St. Andrew’s is challenging all kids to complete the Get Up And Go Challenge! To participate, you must complete 20 straight reps of a different physical activity each week. If willing, we’d like to share the video your successful completion of the week’s physical activity on our Facebook page.

July 13th to 19th – Jumping Jacks
July 20th to 26th – Squats
July 27th to August 2nd – Sit ups
August 3rd to 9th- Push ups
August 10th to 16th – Burpees
